Bavan Contracts Limited is a new and exciting Building Company. Founded in 2006 by Gary McGale and Mark McLaughlin who since its formation, have built an enviable reputation within the local construction industry for the delivery of high quality schemes over a wide and varied range of sectors.

The company ethos is to provide a solutions based approach to all facets of the construction projects utilising collaborative, non confrontational, non contractual methods of working with Clients, Design Teams and Supply Chain Partners.

Our team of dedicated professionals offer a fluid and flexible approach to contracting to ensure the Clients needs and aspirations are realised in the most cost effective, health conscious and quality controlled environment possible. We believe in working within an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust whilst sharing aims, objectives and successes within an integrated team working environment.
